Can Google Help You Get Red-Hot Content Ideas? Part 1

The secret you are about to learn has the power to change your strategy of gathering content for upcoming blog postings. In a nutshell, what I have to share with you today will help you get red-hot content ideas FAST and your blog readers are going to love you for this.

Here’s why:

* when you learn how to get content FAST using Google, you won’t have to spend hours researching through other sources because Google will help you get what you want in record speed.

** when you learn how to deliver red-hot content by publishing enticing postings your readers will thank you for making their day because you give them what they want, fast!

Here’s one example of how you could use Google to get red-hot content ideas FAST:

use Google Alerts service and get the latest news content, blog postings and other cool links about your niche or sub-niche topics of interest. Did I tell you could get all these in your inbox?

“Search terms” is the first field you have to fill out. This is where you include a keyword (one, two or more specific key terms) targeting your niche or sub-niche. So you’d have to do some keyword research.

For example, if you’re into the “Blogging” niche, you could include any of the following keywords:

blog terminology“; “blog platform“; “blog content“. You get the idea.

If you’re into the “WordPress” sub-niche, you could include terms such as “wordpress plugin”, “wordress template”. You know what I’m talking about.

You would include specific key terms based on the TOPIC you want to get content ideas about.

If you really want to be ahead of all your competiors and receive red-hot content, I suggest you select the “Comprehensive” option as alert type, and “Once a day” as the frequency of alerts (e.g. How often)

Today you learned an important lesson:

Google can help you get red-hot content ideas. It only takes a few keywords and an e-mail address.

Your mission right now is to implement this tip. And if you liked it, you’re going to love the next one.

Darren Rowse, A New Content Idea & How to Make Your Blog Sticky – Exposed for the First Time!

Could Darren Rowse @ ProBlogger help you get new content ideas and make your blog sticky?

Find out next. The answers might shock you and will definitely inspire you.

First of all. Who is Darren Rowse, right?

He’s the guy behind problogger.net running a successful “blogging” blog.

If I told you that just by visiting his blog, you could get (a ton of) new content ideas for your upcoming blog posts, would you believe me?

Hint – you don’t even have to have a “blogging” blog. This works for all the blogs in the blogosphere :)

If I told you that this little trick is something that 99% of all the bloggers out there are not using it, would you want to hear more about how you could use it for your own blog?

Let’s start:

This new content idea is simple to apply. All you have to do is this:

Get personal with your blog readers, the easy way.

You probably did not think to share a little about yourself with them. Now it’s about time.

For e.g. Darren shares his story – from hobby to profession on his about page

Just by reading his own mini-page, Darren could come up with new content ideas for upcoming blog posts.

Here’s how:

  1. by creating a new post about whatever topic, tip, or link he shared on that particular page.
  2. by talking about his blog network.
  3. by sharing ideas about becoming a pro blogger

Sky’s the limit.

Now it’s your turn to create a similar page. This is where you share your offline story. Or something unique about your online venture. It does not really matter, for as long as it’s your own personal story.

Then add a link to it at the top of your blog.

The next move is to come up with new blog posting ideas and tips from that “about page”.

It’s easy – try it for yourself and share with us how it went.

And if you want to make your blog sticky and get more traffic, then read this tip!

Tags and the Art of Writing Top Blog Posts

A fast way to get content ideas so you can write top blog posts is by using tags (a non-hierarchical keyword or term assigned to a piece of information such as an internet bookmark, digital image, or computer file – source wikipedia.org).

Or the way Technorati calls it“Think of a tag as a simple category name. People can categorize their posts, photos and videos with any tag that makes sense.”

The tactic is simple, all you have to do is this:

visit other people’s blogs in your niche or sub-niche field (using Google).

Type in one or two key terms related to your (sub)niche field along with “blog” (hint – both terms need to be within quotes so you would get more specific results)

Most bloggers are listing their top (or most popular) tags (hint – watch on each blog’s sidebars). Usually that’s done automatically or manually. This is not important.

What really counts is that these tags will help you get new content ideas because they include important key terms within specific niche TOPIC.

And you’ll be able to create top-notch blog content simply by spying (watching) on other niche related blog tags.

These bloggers have already did the hard work, so why not take advantage of this (prior) research and come up with new ideas for your blog postings?

Here’s how to apply today’s tip:

For example, let’s say your blog niche is “blogging“.

If you do a rapid spy on the top tags in the Remarkable Blogging sidebar you should grasp quite a few good ideas. You could write about “Google AdSense“, “Content Ideas“, “Blog Monetization“, and so on.

The bad news is that most bloggers don’t know about this little trick. Or they are too lazy to apply it.

You now have the power to implement this practical TIP on your own blog and come up with new content ideas, quickly & easily.
